Shrimp Salad

Shrimp Salad

  • 2 pounds of shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon liquid crab boil
  • ¼ cup finely diced celery
  • ¼ cup of peeled and finely diced cucumber
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Chop the shrimp into 1-inch pieces. Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
